Ugh...So there's a house with a room and a phone line, the only means of connecting to the outside where they must play in the mud and the wet grime. Stuck under ruses of love, I miss the sunlight...And in this place where we are (languid most nights), I dream of crashing my car because it "feels right"...Oh, what a turn of a phrase! I'm in such a marvelous state, and I guess it's time to pick up where I left off: Up the street, I'll drag my feet across the parking lot and once I go through the motions of the work grind, it's straight up back to square one, so fuck it - let's just get high. I just wanna get high. So now I'm watching the clock with a hawk's eye, perched in this cage where I rot - and as the time flies, I'm filled with dubious thoughts...maybe divine signs? Could be a ringing alarm - what a cute surprise! I don't think that I am asking for much. I just want a little bit of leash to reach some godforsaken compromise so I can finally sleep with a sound mind, and if you're living this dream, well then i hope you have a life line.
